A note about our recent, exciting transition

Dear Patient Family,

Since 1997, families such as yours have put their trust in our practice to help children and young adults
advance their oral health and become the best dental patients they can be. It is my distinct privilege to
have earned your confidence and to have followed your young people as they grow. After this many
years of practice ownership, however, it’s time for a welcome change.

My two associates—Tyger Foster, D.D.S., and Erica DiMarco, D.D.S.—have been extremely important to
the care of our patients and the continuing success of this practice. I’m happy to tell you that they now
fully own the practice, operating as Rochester Pediatric Dentistry.

Chances are good that you already know one or both of Dr. Tyger and Dr. Erica. One of the chief reasons
that we work so well together is that we share a philosophy of care that focuses on minimizing stress,
and maximizing fun and safety in the dental office. We agree on so much, partly because all three of us
are graduates of the pediatric dentistry residency program at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.

As for me, I’m not going anywhere for a while. I will continue practicing alongside my colleagues for the
foreseeable future.

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Tyger and Dr. Erica on this achievement. They have earned this
milestone through years of study and work.
