Financial Policies at Rochester Pediatric Dentistry

• Payment is required at the time of service

• We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks

• We are an in-network Excellus provider

• As a service to you, our office will submit to all out of network insurance companies

Our Cancellation Policy

• Please give our office 24 hours notice for any cancellations

• There will be a $25 fee for a missed cleaning appointment (without giving 24 hours notice)

• There will be a $50 fee for a missed operative appointment (without giving 24 hours notice)

• If you are running 5 minutes late please call our office
